I got interested in Amazon's recent price developments and analysed Amazon from a value investor point of view. EPS - Growth over last 6 Years = 28,7% p.a. EPS 2017: 6,32 USD AAA Corporate Bonds: 3,87% p.a. INTRINSIC VALUE = 6,32 * (8,5 + 28,7*2) * 4,4 / 3,87 = 473,50 USD However as Amazon reinvests everything into expansion the EPS measure is not really a good measure to evaluate this company. The revenue growth is a better measure for this company.
